ACCESS annual business plan

A joint venture between Serco and Glasgow City Council, ACCESS’ vision was to be Scotland’s Public Sector Service Partner of Choice. Straightline was tasked with supporting the joint venture through the creation of a series of corporate communications headed by this, the annual Business Plan.
