Serco staff newsletter

Straightline Creative was enlisted to produce a quarterly staff newsletter for Serco’s Justice & Immigration staff. Key to our successful approach was the development of a new design style which dovetailed with Serco’s brand guidelines, improved internal communication and boosted levels of employee engagement. As part of the creative brief, we created a new name and masthead alongside a contemporary design style that was engaging, informative and modern in design.
